Cruiser Cushions Warranty
All Cruiser Cushions Seat Cushions have a One (1) year Warranty from date of purchase against material and sewing defects with normal use to the original purchaser.

All Cruiser Cushions Gel / Polymers have a Limited Life-Time Warranty under normal use to the original purchaser.

A warranty card is included with every purchase and must be filled out completely and returned to Cruiser Cushions LLC.

Any Seat Cushion or Gel / Polymer modified from the original manufactures design is not warranted by Cruiser Cushions unless the modifications are done by a Cruiser Cushions Dealer or Cruiser Cushions LLC.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling charges on any returned items. 
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. EST, Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.   We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. 

Returns
Once in a while we do have people who want to return a product.   On all returns we charge a re-stocking fee which is 25% of the purchase price of the item.   Shipping charges are not refundable. 

The purchaser must receive authorization from an authorized Cruiser Cushions Representative via Email or over the phone and include the return authorization in with the product.   The product must be in original condition and in its original packing un-damaged.   Seat Cushions or Gels / Polymers, altered or damaged in any way, are not returnable and no refunds will be made or offered.    Returns must be made within 15 days from purchase.   Items must be sent postage paid no COD’s accepted.   Include a copy of your invoice and all packaging along with the return.    Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
